Amazing evening for 8 Norwegian friends who yesterday ventured to the stove with a well-known local chef, to prepare the typical dishes of the Matera cuisine. The common thread of the menu is the bread of Matera, from the first course to the dessert. We could not miss the homemade pasta, which always fascinates and entertains all our guests.
The cooking experience took place in the elegant setting of Palazzo Bernardini, one of the ancient noble palaces of the old Matera, and ended with tastings of limoncello and mandarinetto prepared by the kind hostess Anna Rosa, who greeted us on the terrace of the magnificent garden overlooking the Longobard walls, overlooking the Sasso Caveoso.
