An emotional escorted tour in the Sassi of Matera, the ancient districts of the town, along beautiful paths to discover the typical courtyard surrounded by cave-houses. Breathtaking views will frame one of the oldest cities in the world and its fascinating history.

You will visit an ancient complex including two rock churches, a monastery and a cellar, all in caves. Also, a typical dwelling still furnished with the original tools and furniture of the last family that was moved in a new district built for these poor farmers in the ‘50s.
